FirstPromoter offers an easy solution to move a referral. This is typically done for two main reasons: either to associate the referral with a different promoter or to move the referral to a different campaign under the same promoter to generate a different reward.

Moving a referral to a different promoter
If you need to assign a referral to a different promoter, FirstPromoter provides a straightforward manual process.
You can simply follow these steps:
Access the "Referrals" section and locate the desired referral, then click on the three-dot menu;
Select "Move to promoter";
Choose the desired promoter within the preferred campaign;
Click "Move".
Moving a referral to the same promoter under a different campaign
To accomplish this, you can follow the same steps as moving a referral to a different promoter. However, when searching for the promoter's name, ensure to select the correct one under the right campaign. This ensures that the referral is moved to a different campaign while remaining linked to the same promoter:
Note: If the "Also move all associated commissions of these referrals to destination promoter?" option is enabled, all past and unpaid commissions will be transferred to the new promoter - the paid commissions won't be moved -. If you prefer not to transfer previous commissions to the new promoter, leave this option disabled.
