FirstPromoter provides two solutions for setting a multi-level rewards scheme, allowing you to upgrade your promoters' rewards based on either the number of paid referrals OR the revenue generated.

This is for FirstPromoter v2, if you are still using v1, please check this article

Here are some examples:

  • For 1 to 20 paid referrals, affiliates receive a 20% commission.

  • For 21 to 50 paid referrals, affiliates receive a 25% commission, and so forth.

OR

  • From $0 to $500 revenue generated, affiliates receive a 20% commission.

  • From $500 to $1000 revenue generated, affiliates receive a 25% commission, and so on.

To avoid confusion, please note that this feature is different from the multi-tiered commission feature involving parent affiliates and sub-affiliates.

Setting Up Campaigns for Each Level
For each level you will need to create a new campaign. Start with the first level, set up the corresponding reward and save the campaign. At this stage, you don't need to set any special options; those will be addressed later.

Setting Up Levels and Level-Up Targets

  • Edit the first campaign (first level) under the "Main Settings" tab.

  • Click on the "Show more options" button below.

  • Under "Level up promoters to another campaign", select the corresponding campaign for the next level and set the number of referrals or revenue generated amount required for the level-up to occur. Once these conditions are met, the promoter will be moved automatically to the next campaign while keeping the same referral link and ID/token.

Repeat this process for each campaign, excluding the last one, as there is no campaign for a level-up after that one.

Setting Up Emails
Each campaign has its dedicated emails, configurable in the "Emails" section on the left menu. By default, each campaign includes at least one email in each section.

The most important emails are the "Welcome emails". Edit these emails to congratulate the promoter for reaching the new level and provide details on the rewards associated with the new level.
