FirstPromoter allows you to add/delete team members and even set their access to either specific campaigns or all of them. This guide will walk you through the steps to manage your team effectively.

This is for FirstPromoter v2, if you are still using v1, please check this article

Adding team members

  1. Go to the "Team" section in your FirstPromoter dashboard;

  2. Click the "Invite" button;

  3. Fill in the team member's email address and select a role (e.g., Manager, Admin, Admin Plus, Super Admin);

  4. Optionally, customize campaigns access;

  5. Send the invitation.

To delete your team members, click on the three dots, in the right of a member's name and select "Delete member".
Click the "Edit Member" button to grant or revoke campaign access by selecting specific campaigns or choosing "All campaigns" and save the changes accordingly.

Team Member Roles

FirstPromoter has 4 different user roles. Except the Super Admin, each role can be restricted from certain campaigns if it's required.

Super Admin

Has full access to all functions of the account.

Admin Plus

The Admin Plus cannot:

  • delete or reset campaigns, ONLY if it has access restricted to those campaigns. If it's allowed to all campaigns, it can delete and reset any campaign.

  • update company settings or create new websites

Admin

The Admin cannot:

  • delete or reset campaigns

  • edit or delete team members

  • invite promoters to other companies

  • update company settings or create new websites

  • pay payouts

Manager

Managers focus should be to supervise the campaigns, recruit and keep affiliates engaged and also detect unusual behavior that can be reported to the admins.

The Manager cannot:

  • approve/deny commissions/rewards. It can only set them to pending for an admin to verify.

  • approve/deny pending promoters

  • delete/deny referrals

  • change rewards/commissions for affiliates

  • delete, edit, create or reset campaigns

  • edit, delete or invite new team members

  • invite promoters to other companies

  • update company settings or create new websites

  • pay payouts
