FirstPromoter allows you to customize the currency settings to better align with your business or affiliates requirements. Changing the currency is a straightforward process that can be done within the platform's settings.
This help article will walk you through the steps to modify the currency settings in FirstPromoter.
*Important: Please make sure to NOT change the currency once you have already started tracking sales, as doing so may disrupt the records of previous sales and rewards. If the currency is changed after rewards have been generated, the values will be retained, but the currency on the FirstPromoter dashboard will be updated (e.g. changing from $20 to €20)*
If the sale currency is not the one set on "Settings" page, FirstPromoter makes a currency conversion using daily updated FX rates from https://openexchangerates.org/.
Steps to change the currency on your FirstPromoter account
In the top right corner, click on your profile section;
Select the "Settings" button;
Under the "Account details" section, click on "Currency" field;
Set the desired currency;
Make sure to save the changes.
