Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your FirstPromoter account, ensuring that only authorized users can access sensitive information and making payments more secure. This guide will walk you through the steps to enable 2FA for logging in and for Direct Payments in your FirstPromoter account.
Accessing 2FA Settings
Click on your profile section, in the top right corner;
Select the "Settings" button;
Select "User" tab;
Within this section, look for "Security".
Enabling 2FA for Signing In
Within the "Security" settings, select the "2FA for signing in" option;
Toggle the switch and follow the instructions to enable 2FA for your account.
Once you have scanned the QR code and added the code from your 2FA application, make sure to confirm the changes to apply the new security measures;
Please keep in mind to save the emergency backup code and save it somewhere safe. This will be extremely useful if you lose your phone, as you will be able to use the backup codes to sign in.

Within the "Security" settings, select the "2FA for direct payment" option;
Toggle the switch and follow the instructions to enable 2FA for your account.
