Using FirstPromoter, your affiliates can upload their W-9/W-8BEN tax forms directly from the affiliate dashboard.

Note: If you are using PayPal for payouts, uploading tax forms is not required as PayPal automatically handles the collection of W-9/W-8BEN/1099 forms.
Enabling Tax Form Uploads
As a US company, you have the option to request affiliates to upload W-9 or W-8BEN tax forms. This feature is not enabled by default. To enable it:
Navigate to your profile at the top-right.
Access the "Settings" page.
Go to the "Affiliate Portal" tab.
Enable "Ask promoters to upload W9 / W8-BEN"
Once enabled, affiliates will have on their dashboard, a section asking to upload those documents.
Accessing Uploaded Documents
Links to uploaded documents are available on the promoter page overview page.
Once there, you can click on the option to "Show more fields" on the upper-right corner
If uploaded on the promoters side, an option to download the forms will appear

Promoters can also upload W8 and W9 forms on their dashboard if they didn't access the pop-up window on their main page:
The promoters can go to their profile at the top-right corner.
Select "Profile Settings".
Scroll down to the W8-W9 form upload section.
Identifying Affiliates without Uploaded Documents
In the "Payouts" section you can filter by the tax form to see which promoters added it or not:
Go to "Payouts" section;
Select "View all payouts";
Click on the filtering symbol and select "Has W8/W9 form".
