While there isn't a dedicated test or sandbox mode in FirstPromoter, you have the option to delete or reset all data associated with a campaign. This provides an option for testing integrations and various functionalities.

This is for FirstPromoter v2, if you are still using v1, please check this article

To reset a campaign and delete its data, follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the "Campaigns" section and click on the three-dot menu icon corresponding to the desired campaign;

  • Select "Reset campaign" from the dropdown menu.

Note: This action is irreversible and will delete all data related to the campaign, including promotions, leads, customers, rewards, and payouts. Promoters and emails, however, will be retained.

After resetting the campaign, you can use this clean slate for testing without affecting promoters and email data. If needed, you can remove promoters in bulk from the Promoters section.
