FirstPromoter allows you to add and organize various marketing assets such as banners, logos, email swipes and other promotional materials.
By organizing your assets in this section, you make it easy for your affiliates to access and use them to promote your products or services.
Uploading Assets
To upload a new marketing asset:
Go to the Assets section in your FirstPromoter dashboard;
Click the "+ New Marketing Asset" button;
Choose the type of asset you are uploading (e.g., image, document);
Fill in the necessary details, such as the asset name, category and campaign/s;
Upload the file or provide a link to the asset;
Click the "Save" button;
Assets types
1. Image
The "Image" section allows you to upload visual content that promoters can use in their promotional efforts.
You can use high-quality images that represent your brand and products effectively.
2. Document
"Document" section lets you share files with your promoters, such as PDFs or guides.
Provide comprehensive and informative documents that assist promoters in understanding your products.
3. External Links
This feature allows you to share links to relevant external resources to your promotion.
Share links to landing pages, websites, or additional resources that complement your promotional efforts.
4. Text Content
"Text Content" allows you to share promotional text, such as social media posts, email swipes, text links suggestions, blog post ideas, etc.
You can use this to craft engaging and persuasive promotional content that promoters can easily use in their marketing efforts.
Organizing Assets with Categories
Categories in the Assets section serve as a powerful tool to differentiate and organize your promotional materials based on various criteria, including offers, products, and even languages. By using categories, you can provide a tailored experience for affiliates, making it easier for them to find the most relevant assets to their promotional efforts.
Creating Categories
To create a new category:
Go to the Assets section in your FirstPromoter dashboard;
Click the "Categories" button and select "+New Category";
Name the category according to the criteria you want to differentiate (e.g. "Articles", "Docs");
Save your changes.
Assets on the affiliate dashboard
After adding everything from the admin end, the assets will become visible in the affiliates section as well.
In order to see the Assets section, the affiliates will have to follow the steps below:
Go to the affiliate dashboard;
Click on the "Assets" section.
