FirstPromoter allows you to automatically track sales, refunds, upgrades and cancellations from Stripe.
This is for FirstPromoter v2, if you are still using v1, please check this article
1. Accessing Integration Settings
Start by navigating to your profile located in the upper-right section;
Select" Settings";
Within the "Settings" menu, access the "Integrations" tab;
Scroll down to the "Integrations with third-parties" section and select "Setup" under Stripe;
Connect your Stripe account;
The integration status should indicate a successful connection, as shown in the screenshots below:
2. Managing Stripe Account
If necessary, you can change the connected Stripe account or toggle Test mode on or off directly from the same integration settings section.
Note: If Stripe is already connected, click "Disconnect" before changing the Stripe account.
3. Testing in Test Mode
Utilize Stripe connection in Test mode to facilitate testing within your Stripe test or sandbox environment.
This mode allows you to verify integration functionality without processing real credit card charges, ensuring accurate tracking.
