This is for FirstPromoter v2, if you are still using v1, please check this article

Revenue

Total revenue coming from new charges and renewals brought by referred customers during that period. Refunds are taken into account.

Note: Revenue amount is not affected by what rewards rules you set. If you set to give rewards only for specific plans or only for the first charge, we'll still track any revenue the affiliates bring on all plans and all charges.

Net revenue

Revenue after subtracting how much promoters earned during that period (the amount from "Promoter Earnings Column").

New referrals

How many people promoters referred during that interval. Previously this was shown as "Signups" in FirstPromoter. Any person tracked in FirstPromoter, doesn't matter if it's a signup, a free, trial or paid user, it's considered a referral. Non-converted referrals can be seen in Leads section, converted ones (has at least one sale) in the Customers section.

Note that for promo-code tracking (which generates the referral on the first sale with a coupon) or one-time charges, referrals become customers instantly since they have a sale associated with them from the beginning.

New customers

How many referrals become customers during that period. If you don't track free trials / free users or you sell one-time products, customers and referrals count will be the same.

Cancelled customers

How many active customers cancelled during that period.

Note: We track only last subscription dates. If someone cancelled 5 months ago, subscribes again then cancels, we count only the last cancellation on the reports.

Clicks count

Number of people that clicked referral links. Only unique clicks are counted, meaning if the same person clicks twice, it will be counted once.

Sales

Total number of sales coming from customers referred by promoters during that period. Includes new and recurring charges.

Refunds

Total number of refunds coming from customers referred by promoters during that period.

Promoter paid

Payouts marked as paid during the selected period.

*Monthly Churn (%)

How many of the active customers you had at the beginning of the month has been lost during that month.

*Monthly Churn is shown only on reports grouped by month. In case of reactivated customers, only their last subscription period affects this number. If you have multiple subscriptions per customer this data might not be accurate since we don't track separate subscriptions.

*Active customers

How many of the active(paying) customers you had at the end of that month.

*Active customers field is shown only on reports grouped by month. In case of reactivated customers, only their last subscription period affects this number. If you have multiple subscriptions per customer this data might not be accurate since we don't track separate subscriptions.

Promoter earnings

How many approved commission have been generated in that period.

Referrals to Customers (%)

How many referrals that have been referred/registered in that period (check the "New referrals" column) eventually converted to customers, up until now.

For ex. if referrals referred in January become customers today, the January figure will be updated to reflect that. If you have a 30 days trial, last month figure might not be reliable because there's still time for them to convert.

Clicks-to-Referrals (%)

How many people that clicked referral links in that period eventually become referrals, up until now.

For ex. if someone clicked a referral link 2 months ago and signed up today, the 2 months ago figure will be updated. If your cookie life is 60 days, last 2 months figure might not be reliable because referred visitors still have time to sign up or purchase.

Clicks to Customers (%)

How many people that clicked referral links in that period eventually become customers (made a charge), up until now.

Non-link Customers (%)

How many of the new customers (check the "New customers" column) were not registered from a referral link. This means that they came from promo code tracking (mainly), were added manually or added using the API without providing the visitor id (tid).

3 Months EPC (Earnings per click)

How much promoters earned per click, from the clicks made during that period in the next 3 months.

Since FirstPromoter customers are mainly subscription businesses, overall EPC is not a reliable figure because of recurring commissions. That's why we calculate the earnings per click for a period of 3 and 6 months.

If you're running a subscription business, last 3 months or last 6 months (for 6 months EPC) figures might not be reliable because there's still time for the EPC to change as more earnings come from recurring commissions.

6 Months EPC

Same as 3 months EPC, just that the earnings are considered for a period of 6 months from the time the click took place.
